MANSARD Materials: MUST BE variable width, staggered butt cedar shakes.
Paint and Stain Colors: Park Woods HOA Phase I paint and stain can be found at Sherwin Williams.
Stucco paint color is “Parkwood Yellow.”
Mansard roof and fence color is “Parkwoods.”
Owners, please respect contractors (for example lawn crew, tree trimmers, pool maintenance, sidewalk repair, etc.) working on site at the direction of the HOA. If you have a question or issue please direct it to the Property Manager.
